Orders & Payments

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We accept cash on delivery, credit/debit cards, and online bank transfers. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over Rs. 2000.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge.
